Payments are processed securely through our corporate Stripe account, so you can complete your purchase with confidence from anywhere in the world.
Are payments refundable if I change my mind?
Sorry, no refunds! Once a project begins, time and creative work are immediately invested into understanding your story and building your personal brand.
However, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with the outcome. That’s why every project includes a collaborative revision process - so you can request edits and adjustments until the final version feels right.

What’s your policy if I’m not satisfied with the results?

Do you provide invoices for business reimbursements?

Invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email once your payment is processed. If you ever need a copy or a customized version (for company records or accounting), just let us know - we’ll be happy to resend it.
Content & Ownership
Who owns the final content after delivery?
The client owns the content - no doubt about it! Once your project is complete, the final resume, profile, or branding material is entirely yours to use and edit however you like.
We also want you to know that we never reuse or duplicate content created for other clients. Every project is built from scratch and inspired by your unique personality, story, and goals - never from a template.

Will my content be reused or shown as a sample?
Your content will never be reused for other clients - every project is written from scratch and tailored specifically to you.
With your permission, we may showcase your resume or LinkedIn profile as a sample, but only after removing all personal details such as your name, location, email address, and any identifying information.
This allows future clients to understand the quality of our work while keeping your privacy completely protected.
Can I request confidentiality?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients request complete confidentiality, and we fully respect that.

We always recommend allowing your profile to be public because that’s how it gets indexed on Google, usually within two weeks after project completion. Most clients choose this option because it increases visibility and credibility online.
However, it’s completely your choice. Some clients prefer to keep their profiles private - and that’s perfectly fine. Either way, your profile will still be written and structured to perform well for SEO whenever it’s made public.
Post Service Support
Can I ask follow-up questions after the project is complete?

Post-project support is limited to guidance and clarifications, meaning we’ll happily answer your questions but won’t be making additional edits or updates.
Our goal is to make sure you feel confident managing your profile or resume on your own - with full understanding of how everything works.
How long do you store my project files?
Once a project is officially closed, all client information - including drafts, notes, and supporting files - is permanently deleted from our servers.
We only keep your first name, last name, email address, and mobile number securely on record for future communication or invoice-related purposes.
Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us, and we take every measure to protect your information long after the project is complete.
